1. Services

Hamshire Solutions provides residential cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Regular Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Services are provided in Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. The scope of work for each service will be determined at the time of booking.


2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.

While we make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or scheduling adjustments.

If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.


3. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or service charge.


4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time of service.

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.


5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • Online payments

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of future services.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Hamshire Solutions strives to provide high-quality cleaning services.

If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.


7. Liability

While we take great care when cleaning your home, Hamshire Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not securely placed

Clients should notify us of fragile or valuable items before cleaning begins.


8. Safety

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service if a property presents unsafe working conditions.


9. Changes to Terms

Hamshire Solutions may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
